Online Bidding – Online bidding will be active Tuesday, April 25th at 9 AM MST and runs through Tuesday, June 13th at 4 PM MST.
Directions – Directions will be given prior to scheduled viewings and at the conclusion of the auction for pick up of purchased merchandise.
Shipping – Shipping may be available for some items, contact the Auctioneer prior to bidding on items if you need the items shipped.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to final high bid to arrive at purchase price. Certified Check due at pickup. Subject to seller confirmation. Items sold as is, where is with any and all faults. Buyer is expected to complete their own due diligence. Auction starts ending at 4 PM MST on June 13th, 2023.
SOFT CLOSE: If a bid is received within the last 3 minutes of the auction, the auction close time will automatically extend 2 minutes to allow other bidders an opportunity to competitively bid prior to the auction closing. This feature eliminates "snipers" and encourages fair and impartial bidding from all participants.
BUYER’S PREMIUM – TEN PERCENT (15%): Buyer’s Premium shall be added to the final bid price placed online, which will determine the Total Purchase Sales Price. Bidders hereby understand that the Buyer’s Premium shall be added to the winning bid to create the Total Purchase Sales Price for which they are obligated to pay for each item. Example: (winning online bid $100.00 + 15% buyer’s premium = total purchase price of $115.00).
